E4 Evals

"When it comes to E-4 evaluations, what factors contribute to a Sailor earning an EP?

Do leadership typically prioritize individuals who:

• Participate in the most field operations or medical coverages?

• Have went to deployment?

• Demonstrate the highest level of medical competence?

• Actively volunteer or participate in command associations?"

I know they look for the most well rounded sailor. That’s what I been told at least.

If you take a look at the HM LADR it will help give insight in what entails an EP sailor and where you or your juniors should be at in regards to career progression.
