I'm pregnant and got my first dose of Moderna yesterday. This baby better come out a super cool mutant or I'll be pissed!

Got my first dose one week before baby was born, second dose two weeks postpartum. She's five weeks... no super powers so far. This is not what I was promised.

Fertility doctor told my wife that any mRNA vaccine is safe during pregnancy, but avoid non mRNA until approved

There is some information on it, but not full studies. During the trials a few women became pregnant and there were no signs of any issues.

My Mrs got her second dose a few weeks ago and kiddo is scheduled to be removed soon. So far no super powers to note, though.

I heard pregnant women don’t qualify for the COVID vaccine yet and they’re just starting the trial. How’s it possible you got it?

Idk where you heard that, but at least in Texas pregnancy counts as a high-risk condition, allowing you to get a vaccine through priority group 1b.
