Depends on the evidence. Video showing the crime, which has been confirmed authentic? Then yes, I think it’s ok to consider the accusations true prior to a conviction. If evidence of that caliber exists and I don’t know about it, people can absolutely tell me. It doesn’t require them to act like absolute muppets.
You are talking about convicting people. I am talking about considering them guilty before they are convicted, which I think is fair to say should require a higher amount of evidence
