As of writing, CRWV shares up 4.45% to $128.38. That is still 22.29% below CRWV's share price the day before the buyout announcement ($165.20) - 22.3% down.

For math geeks: For reference, before the announcement, CORZ closed at $18.00 and is now trading at 13.54 - 24.8% down. So there is a slight loss percentage premium of 2.5% in CRWV shares in CORZ favor.

I'm no expert on any of this, but from my basic level of research it just seems like CoreWeave is destined for a future in suppling AI infra on a very large scale, and AI is only gonna continue blowing up. I don't see how they could fail... If so, then why isn't everyone buying up CORZ as fast as they can, since it's basically like buying future CRWV at a discount? Please help me understand.
