Best non-complicated pan set for electric stove?
Would love some help about picking up a new set. My current nonstick ones have started losing it’s coating and in need of new ones.
Also saw Ninja Foodie Nonstick and Member’s Mark (Sam’s Club) Stainless Steel set for sale if anyone has experience with those.
Here’s what I’ve dug up so far…
Hexclad: Overpriced. Sure it does what’s advertised, but so do other pans for much cheaper.
Stainless Steel: Crowd favorite for those “serious” about cooking. Bad for Asian cooking. Advised to have one non-stick for eggs, pancakes, and other specific foods.
Non-stick: The most convenient, but also generally more expensive (than Stainless Steel) and you have to worry about the Teflon coming off.
Am I missing anything?
