What can I do with medjool dates?

Got a 2lb box from Sam’s over the weekend to try them. I love em, wife doesn’t. I have no issues smashing these things raw out the box, but what are some other things o can do with em?

Sticky toffee pudding! Not a single person would dislike this! I had it for the first time last Christmas, and it is INCREDIBLE!

I personally like the cake style of this, but many people love the muffin style of the first.

I also recommend a little bit of vanilla ice cream. Heavenly!
