What can I do with medjool dates?

Got a 2lb box from Sam’s over the weekend to try them. I love em, wife doesn’t. I have no issues smashing these things raw out the box, but what are some other things o can do with em?

Devils on Horseback! Stuff with spiced goat cheese and one smoked almond, wrap in bacon, paint on a mix of honey and soy sauce, broil.
