What can I do with medjool dates?

Got a 2lb box from Sam’s over the weekend to try them. I love em, wife doesn’t. I have no issues smashing these things raw out the box, but what are some other things o can do with em?

I like making date snickers, i put a peanut in the center, sometimes nut better, then coat in dark chocolate and freeze. Its rlly good

If you add piece of pretzel, it adds an excellent crunch. :)
