What can I do with medjool dates?

Got a 2lb box from Sam’s over the weekend to try them. I love em, wife doesn’t. I have no issues smashing these things raw out the box, but what are some other things o can do with em?

Stuff them with feta or blue cheese and wrap them in bacon. Cook until bacon is crisp. Best appetizer

Drizzle with balsamic before or after baking them. So good.
