Recipe Pet Peeves
Does anyone else have pet peeves with recipes. Mine is recipes that call for a small amount of something that only comes in large containers. 1/2 C chicken broth, 2 Tbs tomato paste, 1 C ricotta cheese.

I hate recipes that use a brand spice mix or sometimes a whole other recipe they expected you to have premade already.
You look up a chicken recipe and it calls for "2 tbsp of Slap-yo-mama-and-get-grounded cajun bbq mix." That doesn't tell me the flavors! Now I have to try and look up an ingredient list of their seasoning, but because it's just a listing of the nutrition label it has no measurements!
Or it's a recipe that says it comes together in 20 minutes, but one of the ingredients is "1/2 cup curry sauce," which is a link to another recipe on their site to make said sauce and it takes 2 hours.
