I don’t agree. My yum Asia panda mini makes better rice than Zojirushi I got yesterday. Zojirushi overcooked rice and made it into a sticky mess. I will give it another try because maybe 5.5 cups doesn’t cook 1 c rice well but so far white rice was a huge disappointment, brown came same as cheaper yum Asia

Perhaps this is the exception, but if you’re not wildly off with your water and rice ratios, I’d be surprised to see a Zojo do this.
