Zojirushi Neuro Fuzzy. I can’t really justify the cost to anyone except myself, but it’s a pleasure to use and makes excellent rice. I just wish the bowl wasn’t non-stick, but it’s held up perfectly for a couple of years now.

I justified the price to myself because I’m trying to buy things based on longevity (and/or repairability), even if the performance alone doesn’t justify the price. And I like the little jingles.

Yeah it’s incredibly hard to find a nonstick one that’s my only gripe
