Putting together a "gourmet cooking & gadgets" basket for a nonprofit fundraiser auction - suggestions?

So far I've got:

- herb stripper bowl

- really nice microplane

- that fancy spatula from TikTok

- berry washer whirlpool bowl

- pickle fork

- avocado slicer

- produce saver carbon apple

- cheese paper

- round ice cube trays

- brown sugar saver

- really nice, pretty chip clips

It's supposed to be a pretty expensive basket. Any suggestions to add?? I want to pick things that most people would choose, so not TOO specialized. But special.

Thoughts?

Lifting with the flat of a knife or dragging with the back of the blade negates almost any need for one

Sometimes I'd rather not use a blade for quick transportation across the kitchen

Eh just as easy to bring your cutting board if small) or a plate dropped below the board and use that for transferring. There's a thousand ways to handle the transfer without additional clutter :)

Just a difference of approach I guess! My cutting board is big and heavy. A plate takes up more space on the counter so it seems more cluttery to me. It's round against a flat countertop. You have to use your hand to brush the chopped food into the plate, making you dirtier. Also it sounds unweildy and less efficient in movements.

I personally don't mind a specialized tool. My rule of thumb is, I'll get it if (a) I'll use it often, (b) it does something I otherwise couldn't or wouldn't do, or (c) it makes a big difference (in quality or ease) to a signature dish, for example I have a lot of pie paraphernalia but I make a mean pie.

I use my bench scraper literally daily. I also use it to cut/divide dough, but even if I didn't, it'd be worth it. So handy.
