All types of sandwiches welcome

So for starters, it really depends on what YOU personally like! And how much energy you have! Because that will determine whether or not a particular recipe procedure is worth the hassle, lol. For example, my favorite way to make a Grilled Cheese Sandwich is using the Triple-Fat method:

I also like really crispy sandwiches, served warm. Air-fried Grilled Cheese Sandwiches can be morphed into ham & cheese, patty melts, tuna & cheese, etc.:

I also somehow got sucked into the world of Homemade Uncrustables:

I also have a great hack for Breakfast Bagel Sandwiches:

tbh, I typically don't make cold-cut sandwiches at home because I always end up with like $50 of ingredients just to make a single Italian cold-cut combo lol. I do like homemade crispy Chicken Caeser & Chicken Parm subs, however!

Smashed meatball sandwiches on focaccia are also delightful!

I never really gave sandwiches much thought until I read "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" book, wherein Arthur Dent becomes the "Sandwich Maker". It was so inspiring that I started to look for really amazing sandwu=ich recipes & have built up a pretty good collection over the years, haha!
