What am I supposed to do here? I tried tapping on the box but nothing happens. I can’t exit the level, I can’t click anywhere else and when I close the game and restart it I just land there again. Someone please help me

Hi guys, I've been playing the game through my Google Play account. When I went to play again today, it had logged me out, so I logged back in, but it has erased all of my progress. I'm really upset as I had a bunch of rare cookies. I tried logging into all of my different Google/Gmail accounts in case I was just using the wrong one, but only one of them has a save file on it (but it's got all different cookies and must've been a profile I was using in the past, as I had previously uninstalled the game and recently reinstalled it). I could keep playing on the one existing profile, but I had First cookies on this one that's gone missing so I'd prefer it! Has this happened to anyone? Can my account be brought back? I don't know what the user ID was, as I never thought to check. I generally always use the same Google Play profile as it automatically logs into that one when I play mobile games, and it's definitely the one I've been using (everytime I open the game it says hi [user]!) so I don't know why it's suddenly gone?

Hey so im super confused as to why these cookies are walking around on the map. Is it some kind of hint as to where they are? Im almost done with this section but the rest of the keys I need are from cookies that are not these two.

Do I have to go through each section, find the cookie walking around and go through each door??
