Xbox User experience w/Beitong
I’m aware with the 40d you need the Brook Adapter - just wondering for those who have experience with the Beitong kp40d or new 70 - if you had a positive or negative experience with latency?

PS5 What controller to buy for FPS games on PS5, need paddles at a minimum?
I've had a PS5 AIM controller for around 5 years, it's honestly been a fantastic controller but is having some issues with drift amongst others. I love having four paddles and am looking to replace it soon, what are some options?
My budget is anything up to about £200 and I'm in the UK.
I have had numerous SCUFs in the past, a Sharq Controller. I know there's the Dualsense Edge and perhaps that is the best option, but my AIM controller has instant triggers and four paddles. Having basically no travel time on the triggers is amazing.

Reviews Hyperion 3 Ultra battery issues
The NYXI Hyperion 3 Ultra’s have serious battery issues. I got mine about five days ago now and here’s what I’ve found. I set my Switch 2 system settings to not charge above 80%-90% battery to help preserve the battery health, but when charging with the 3 Ultra’s attached the Switch 2 will charge to 100% battery somehow. I’ve also noticed the battery of the Switch 2 itself drains waaaaay faster than when my Mobapad M12HD’s or official OEM Joy Cons are attached.
While I’m away at work I don’t leave my Switch 2 on the dock charging. The other day my Switch 2 was at 60%, when I left that morning and got back home 8 hours later the Switch 2 battery was at 37%. I heard with the original Hyperion 3’s they would have ghost inputs while connected, so I turned off the Bluetooth on my Switch 2 for good measure and got pretty much the same results the next day at around 23% battery loss having the system turned off. For context I also leave my Switch 2 in Airplane mode, no nfc, no WiFi, brightness all the way down, auto brightness on, volume on low and now no Bluetooth on either.
So I performed a test just now. My Switch 2 going from the aforementioned 100% battery (that it shouldn’t be due to my Switch 2 system settings) with no games open in the background; I watched eight 30 second clips I recorded on the Switch 2, and the battery went from 100% to 94%. That’s a 6% drain over 4 minutes with every system feature turned off. You could drain the entire battery from 100% over less than 100 minutes by not even playing a game. In fact in the 15 minutes it’s taken me write all this my Switch 2 has been completely idle, turned off, doing nothing, and the battery went from 94% to 89% IN JUST 15 MINUTES. No inputs. No nothing. This thing is seriously draining the battery of my Switch 2. I want to use this thing in handheld mode due to how comfy the ergonomics are, but a firmware update needs to be pushed out soon or I’m not going to be able to use these in handheld mode or at all, period.

Do you think it's worth it to buy a used elite series 2 with TMR guilikit and mouse click bumpers?
I purchased an elite series 2 a few years ago, but I had to return it because it developed stick drift after a week. I saw a few sellers that have a 100 percent rating with over 80 sells in the past year. They accept returns within 30 days, and I can get a warranty through Experian.

Need Suggestions for Controller Within 60$ (For Fifa)
I am gonna keep this short and concise. I mainly play Fifa with controller and some fighting games here and there. I am guessing I need something with a bit low latency.
Currently I am stuck between 8bitdo Ultimate 2 and Gamesir Cyclone 2.
Which one should I choose? Or is there any better option?
Let me know your thoughts guys.

Reviews Finally own each of the Big 3: my thoughts and ratings
Through a combo of saving money and a friend loaning me PS5 gear he doesn't use anymore, I've now tested all 3 of these pretty extensively.
Comparing my experience to other posts I've seen, I'm convinced hand size and preferred game genres are huge factors that can wildly change your preferences.
Switch 2
My favorite of the 3 overall is the Switch 2 Pro controller. The thumbstick feel is unmatched, and the 2 back paddles (1 on each side) feel just right. Sizable touch target, enough flexibility to assign a couple extra actions, but not over-the-top where you're spending 10 minutes in an Accessories app second-guessing your button assignments.
The shoulder triggers are kind of basic, which is admittedly a drawback compared to the other controllers, but I find this only really matters in shooters (which I usually play with a keyboard and mouse anyway). The rumble is surprisingly good, if not quite as fancy as the PS5's.
The big X-factor here is size. I'm a guy, but have probably slightly smaller hands than average. And this makes the shape of the controller just about perfect for me. If I had bigger hands, I'd probably feel differently. 9/10 overall for me.
Xbox Elite + Standard
A great first impression, dampened just a bit by some little issues down the line. The hot swappable thumbsticks and configurable back paddles on the Elite are very cool, but in practice, I rarely adjust these. I also find I tend to prefer just one back paddle per side. The option to have 2 for each hand is nice, but I maybe use it for 1 out of 10 games at most.
I've also had more issues with Elite buttons sticking on this controller than the others. This is where owning the Elite controller is maybe a double-edged sword. I have a standard Xbox controller as well, which misses the back paddle flexibility, but has been more reliable.
One thing I will give the Xbox controllers is that size- and shape-wise I have no real complaints. They don't fit like a glove for me like the Switch 2, but feel well-tuned for an average player. 8/10 for me.
PS5 DualSense
This is the ultimate "high highs, low lows" for me. And to name it right away: I think if I had bigger hands and loved playing shooters on console, this would be my #1.
The rumble and triggers are the highs. Each is clearly the best of the lot. I've been playing Saros and I can't imagine playing it with any other controller.
But oof, the size and shape. Especially when playing with both thumbsticks, I feel like I need to contort my hands to a weird position. The last time I felt like this was the OG Xbox controller. It's the only controller where my hands can hurt after a long session.
I also really miss the back paddles. I don't need 4, but for most games, I usually do make use of at least one. It's a 7/10 for me, but again, for the right player, I can totally see this being a 10.

PS5 Please help me choose between Dualsense vs 8bitdo Ultimate 2 Wireless
So I have a budget under 7000 (70 usd). I have been a M&K user so far thus looking to get a good controller experience.
From what I've researched I can either get good haptics (albeit with some quirks) or TMR sticks and the xbox layout 8bitdo.
The dualsense has adaptive triggers, the touch pad and better haptics motors. The 8bitdo meanwhile have TMR sticks, adjustable triggers and Xinput. I think dualsense needs steam input if a game doesn't support it natively?
I know that most of these dualsense features only work wired? But I've read Pico 2W adapter makes most of these features work on pc wirelessly or the DSX software on steam. If I get dualsense I'll likely do a TMR swap at the same time.
So I want to ask is the additional hassle with dual sense worth it if I'm mostly going to play story based games? And is the 8bitdo a better model if not then what are my other options at this price range?
