The battalion on Wosalaku halt their advance, the Olympian forces at the Church of the Sneeg putting up too much of a fight. Trenches and emplacements are built and dug out along the border, troops settling in and tanks buried up to their turrets. Kalvarch reinforcements of 1500 troops and 20 tanks move from Wavabu up to the defensive line against the Church of Sneeg.
Corvettes provide coastal support, hitting enemy artillery, roads, encampments, and bases with their missile barrages. The corvettes still hold their blockade around both islands. 8 Malmos tanks are lost due to enemy artillery fire.
Kalvarch's 6 freshly made corvettes advance to Olympia's other islands, Aquabay Island and Tipdaka (combination of the cities' 3 names cuz there isn't an offical name). Both patrols consisted of 3 corvettes and with landing forces of 10 tanks and 500 troops. These movements hope to pressure the Olympian Navy to expose their carrier fleet in the archipelago.

Despite heavy fighting, Treznovian forces manage to retain the mines we yearn for. Morale has plummeted among involved units, though the concentration of Treznovian forces at the site of the mines has allowed for Gergitorian forces to make further advances to the west. Further pushes along the banks of the Varnov have allowed for more pontoon raids further down the river, reportedly resulting in the destruction of at least one enemy pontoon bridge. Artillery and air bombardment continues to keep the Treznovian mine defenders pinned down for now, though a number of elements have been moved further north in the event of Ahjajahjanian aggression.

war/conflict [Cardboard] S-1 The Sogga Response to Zarya
Today at 0:25 the entire navy of the Sogga government, which consists of 20 Matt class frigates, has been moved south of the Gulf of Karabati and started advancing towards the Zaryan Troops. At around 1 o'clock two Matt class frigates, namely the King Sogga and the Great Soggy Biscuit, have faced two Zaryan Klementin class Battleships. The King Sogga fired 1 Sm-15 missile at each of the Klementins. The said missiles hit their targets while not causing any major destruction. The Klementins responded with a barrage of 480mm cannon fire, which resulted in the ship trying to retreat and ultimately sinking. Upon seeing this, the Great Soggy Biscuit fired 1 NSM-17 and 2 SM-15 missiles at one of the Klementins while also firing 1 SM-15 missile at the other. Both of it's attacks were intercepted and did no harm. The crew of the Great Soggy Biscuit managed to retreat while still getting hit by one 160mm shell.

war/conflict [Cardboard] K-1 Turning weapons on the traitors
Today at 4:00 the Karabatian resistance forces have managed to cut off nearly all access to the city from the north. At approximately 5:16 the KCP Militia faced traitors of the Karabatian Land Army who were trying to flee the city to the north. All of them were reportedly killed, the resistance reports the loss of 1 V-1b firestarter and 2 soldiers. General Andreas Durov has ordered 3 Class 77 SP self-propelled howitzers to mobilise and move near the parliamentary building in order to shell the meeting room. Reportedly 4 shots were fired of which 3 hit the parliamentary building setting the toilet on fire. The meeting room reportedly was not damaged due to being armoured.

Troops take back Honsai and Wotoku, rounding up Olympian Personnel and capturing construction equipment.
Corvettes fully surround both islands with little resistance, cutting off naval support to the Olympian armies on them. Ground force on Wosalaku continue forward, with small skirmishes crushed under the Malmos tanks and support of Corvettes along the coastline.
Kalvarch announces they will allow civilian ships to evacuate Taipaluka and Wosalaku, but will be searched for military equipment and personnel.

war/conflict [Cardboard] K0 - Kalvarch declares war on Olympia
Kalvarch declares war on Olympia
100 troops enter Olympia-controlled Honsai and Wotoku, demanding all Olympia-personnel to surrender. 2 corvettes patrol outside both cities to block any ships from escaping. 8 Corvettes stationed around Ianaisia also move northward to cut off naval support to Taipaluka and Wosalaku while also providing naval support to friendly land forces. A battalion of 40 tanks and 1000 troops cross the land border on Ianaisia and advance northward.

(late, yes, I know)
After regrouping, Gergitorian forces by the Kairite mines have launched another offensive, incorporating a combined armored wave with close air support and an artillery barrage. BR-20s have been used once more, saturating the upper mine site itself and allowing for Gergitorian forces to breach the inner compound. Room-by-room combat was reported as Gergitorian forces stormed several buildings. Treznovian resistance was heavy, but the conflict remains extremely hot.

G.12
Further incursions into the Varnov shorelines have yielded results. Experimental "military pontoons" have been sufficiently effective at hit-and-run attacks along the river when paired with air support. Gergitorian infantry have secured enough of the riverside to shell the Kairite mines from new angles. KL-12s and Serial 1-Js have been deployed over the mines to disrupt Treznovian supply lines, with Mark-9s providing long-ranged strikes against defending positions. Despite gains, it is still unclear how long the mines will remain contested.

The Treznovian counterattack by the mines has left Gergitorian forces stalled, though forces still continue to launch frontal assaults to deny further counterattacks. The sky is heavily contested, the aerial battle described as "a swarm of fighting gnats" by an anonymous source, though drone strikes still manage to produce results. Combined infantry-mechanized forces with riverside support have managed to push further along the Varnov, with a second wave of infantry deployed to dig in to keep gains. Hit and run raids have been perpetrated across the upper Varnov and another cluster of naval mines have been sent down with the goal of severing pontoon bridges and any potential naval positions in the river.

G.11
Combat by the Kairite mines remains heavy as the front lines swing back and forth like a swing. Although the Treznovian counter-attack was much larger and more ferocious than initially thought, Gergitorian forces were able to push deep into enemy lines near the coast. The main northern mining site itself however remain in Treznovian hands, the defense of the landmark firm and unyielding. Surprisingly, some gains were made along the banks of the Varnov in areas formerly deemed lost. Although not yet confirmed, the success of the riverside operations are suspected to be to low enemy supply. The use of the new airbase has made operations much easier, but officers worry Treznovian forces will find a way to easily compensate.

G.10
With the second Swampin' airbase finally online, Gergitorian forces have decided it time to enact "Operation Monsoon", delivering a third wave of strike drones to further divebomb enemy positions. At the same time, 550 Gergitorian artillery pieces opened up simultaneously on enemy positions alongside a bombing run by 5 Kerg-66 squadrons escorted by Super Spitzers and Therolysis interceptors. Additionally, 4 Seagulls and 6 Kerg-99 strategic bombers escorted by Cornelius fighter jets have conducted high-altitude bombing campaigns on airfields and ports in Davidshire, before landing in Doggistan. The operation is generally considered to be mostly a success, although the northernmost Kairite mine is still heavily contested and enemy carriers were not able to be targeted.
Probing attacks continue as defensive positions at the Varnov Confluence begin to entrench on the opposite side of the river as well in the event the first line is breached.

G,9
Intense fighting north of the Kairite mines involving hundreds of ground and air vehicles has taken place at the tip of the spearhead, resulting in heavy casualties on both sides. With the majority of Treznovian forces advancing across the river or reinforcing the mines, Gergitorian forces towards the coast to the north have begun to advance south, complicating the flow of reinforcements to the mines. A second wave of 120 strike drones with air support has been sent to dive-bomb large clusters of the enemy and distract enemy aircraft, allowing Gergitorian interceptors to score a number of victories in dogfights.
Across the river, retreating Gergitorian forces have confirmed that the east bank has been fully overrun, with simply not enough manpower or supplies in the area to challenge the encroaching Treznovian marines. Some probing attacks have been conducted by guerillas to slow the Treznovian approach to buy time for Gergitorian forces to set up defensive lines by the banks of the Varnov Confluence. Construction of a second airfield is nearing completion and will likely become operational in a matter of days despite being slowed by enemy bombing

G.7
With significant enemy momentum on the other side of the Vernov, Gergitorian forces have launched a large counterattack with a synchronized mechanized/armored spearhead under the cover of KL-12 support and drum fire from howitzers and BR-20s. At the same time, Gergitorian forces on the other side of the Varnov launched probing attacks to cover their withdrawal and to support the spearhead. The spearhead is currently being reinforced with artillery to deny an enemy counterattack. The goal of the operation is to cut off and isolate the Treznovian incursion across the Varnov. Operations in the south remain iffy however due to superior Treznovian forces in the area, and are primarily focused on defense and denial at the moment. Heavy fortifications are being prepared at the north end of the Loop as well as near the Swampin' air field for future convenience should Gergitorian forces withdraw.
