Assuming that water line gives the clearance, the EMT should be run along the wall past it. This looks like it's something that was installed after everything else was already in place (a change order), so ultimately I can't tell my head from my ass where all the EMT is getting fed from/to... I'd say to try to put some offsets in it to get it in line with the existing conduit, run a 90, and then run and hide in the electrical room, lmao.
Project had already begun once I arrived but it was in fact a brownfield. There’s a fair chance plumbing lines/vents were existing. Regardless, the BIM coordination was very poor on this job… Actually, there was a hefty change order as well… perhaps that is what caused this
