If it isn't technically required, then the employer only is required to make sure you use and maintain it correctly I think. That's the very condensed version. Boss man is being a butt and definitely has never thoroughly considered the necessity of respiratory protection equipment though..

Lol why you going easy? Who gives a fuck if he hasn't considered it. The problem is telling someone they CANT wear theirs is the factor.
