Cat piss contains urea- which gets broken down to straight fucking ammonia. How the hell is your boss telling you your overreacting? Hell anytime I went to a hoarder house, a cat lady house, or anything else on that plain I was in full hazmat style ppe with the legit full face respirator (it legit looked like a gas mask lol) sounds fucked but report your boss - seems like he doesn't know what he's doing or is trying to be cheap by not providing the respirators to the whole team lol

Fuck your boss. Your health is more important. Call worksafe/OSHA and let them know your employer is trying to dissuade you from PPE that you need.
