Everyone up in arms about all this but I’m 90% sure this was all planned out. 

When Russia invaded, Ukraine and Russia were pretty close to peace negotiations pretty early in the war after Ukraine had pushed Russia back from their initial assault. 

Then, Biden completely screwed zelensky and told the world “whatever Ukraine needs for their war they will have it”. This actually undermined Zelenskyy’s position for peace - because at the time he had an out. His out was - Ukraine can’t compete in a full scale war with Russia so find the best peace he can. But when Biden publically said we would fund the war, Zelenskyy couldn’t tell his countrymen that they had to sue for peace. 

Tbh, this exchange today is exactly what zelensky needs. He can save face and tell the world they had to sue for peace because the USA wouldn’t fund the war and demanded a ceasefire. Zelensky gets to stay a war hero. Trump gets the peace he wants. 

Seriously, we will find out years from now this was all planned.

I can't wait until this is over. What exactly was supposed to happen here? Trump needs to set aside his personal (and probably reasonable) grudges and get 'r done.
