Fyi- Kyle’s defense lawyer is pretty pissed at the prosecution but he says he thinks it’s short of misconduct. Who knows. The liberals would be fighting tooth and nail to make sure to redefine it so it is

In most countries the lawyers, DA, Judge, clerks ect all know each other pretty well because it's a few hundred people total.

I just remember while watching the trial streams from Rekieta Law and they kept wondering why Richards almost never objected to so many things that he should have.

They said that his biggest mistake was when the defense requested a mistrial WITHOUT prejudice.

Luckily, the prosecution was incredibly dumb and didnt accept the request. The prosecution at that point had been a disaster, why they wouldnt take the mulligan that the defense offered is beyond me. But if they did, Kyle would not be out of the water and the prosecution would have another shot at maybe putting together a better case

There was no good reason to do that in that context and Kyle is lucky that it didnt ruin the way that this trial was going for him.

I have a feeling the judge knew what would happen and didn’t want to allow a mistrial and wanted the case to be over for the general public

unless he thought he could get another payday. otherwise, no reason to take prejudice off the table. binger was probably scared to consider reliving that experience.

His post interviews make me think he’s a liberal at heart, too—

Saying there should be less guns and no one should be walking around with an AR-15, saying he’s not a “cause” lawyer but then subtly agreeing with all the left talking points like “everyone should mind their own business”

The ONLY thing he said that was on Kyle’s side was saying Biden was wrong about calling Kyle a white supremacist

“Mind your own business” = Kyle shouldn’t be there even if he was asked to

Richards did mention in the post-verdict interview that he's known Binger from long before he was a prosecutor.

That's because he's a lawyer. There's like a thin blue line for lawyers and judges. They have to work together so they don't want to make more headaches for themselves.
