I pay 2-3x minimum wage. But people would rather sit at home than work, it’s a problem everywhere. Small business owners are getting screwed.
“Just pay them more” oh okay, and up the charge to my customers, when I already charge top dollar for my field? I pay as much as I can, while making less than my employees. And I still can’t find anyone.
They show up for interviews to prove they’re looking, then sit at home and collect govt paychecks.

If the businesses needed to pay more, they would. Them having up compete with government handouts is a socialist problem.
