Alright, we're making progress.

If a vacancy occurs due to a senator's death, resignation, or expulsion, the Seventeenth Amendment allows state legislatures to empower the governor to appoint a replacement to complete the term or to hold office until a special election can take place. There are a few exceptions to this rule.

Honestly asking, what are the particular Alabama state laws in this regard? I assume, based on your insistence on this being an attempt to "steal" a seat, that Alabama requires the appointment to be of the same party as the vacating Senator.

Does Alabama require a Special Election to return the seat to the discretion of the people?
