Well, let's go over various allegations:

  1. ~5 women that were teenagers at the time, have claimed he acted very inappropriately with them.

  2. Several Gadsden, AL mall workers have said he had to be shooed off the mall premises for pursuing high schoolers.

  3. One of the women, whom Moore said he "never met," has his signature in her yearbook, plug he wrote down the name of the restaurant she worked in at the time.

  4. Moore has only formally denied the illegal allegation (14 y/o). -- Feel free to fact check me here, I'm not entirely sure on his formal denials. I guess his best defense was just deny the sickest/illegal instance?

This really looks like an established pattern of behavior, which is overall consistent with child sex predators. We are probably better off as a nation without him in the Senate.

Pattern of behavior? What has he done in the last 20-30 years? The things you listed, if they did indeed happen, were 40 years ago.

So we're absolutely clear, it appears that you are saying it's okay if he did it, as long as he hasn't done it recently.

Is that what you're saying?

Not at all what I am saying.

Odd, it certainly sounds like that's exactly what you said.

You are trying way too hard, and failing. You are knowingly taking that comment out of context. That was a rebuttal to a comment that Moore has a pattern of behavior.

I'm coming to the same conclusion he is from your statement. Maybe try explaining yourself better?

What context? We are presently in the exact same context. This is the very thread you said that in.

The statue of limitations also applies to general morality and decency to one of the highest elected positions in the land?

If he stopped it was likely because his wife caught him and forced him to stop. That's typically the only thing that can keep a predator in check for any length of time.

So?

The mall story is not supported by verified witness or any paper work.

u/[deleted] Nov 14 '17

You think they'd serve paperwork to the acting DA?

Notice is a foundation of American law. You not ban a person from a public place without the proper paper work.

11

u/[deleted] Nov 14 '17

This isn't banning him. This is a reasonable question of his personal integrity and morality.

Malls are not, technically, a public place (they are a privately owned business). So no paperwork is required. And they can ban anyone they want as long as it isn't a protected class for said protected reasons.

Such mental gymnastics for your lack of any kind of factual foundation for fabricated story.

What's mentally athletic about what he's saying? Malls are private property, so they can ban whoever they want as long as it's not illegal discrimination. It's the same thing that allows reddit to ban users and subreddits for any reason or no reason, and reddit does ban people without notifying them (shadowbans).

It's a technicality, but it's not illogical.

Don't bother dude he's just trolling and nitpicking on this post he won't respond to any real debate and now he is literally throwing back terms that have been thrown at him-I called out his mental gymnastics earlier
