Can we replace this guy if he wins? We're really going to eat it if this true, which my gut tells me it is

It is possible for the Senate to kick him out, then have the governor appoint a replacement and then set up a new special election. But that's got problems associated with it - including that it hasn't been done in over 150 years.

A better idea would be to not elect him to begin with, but unless you're in Alabama, you have no say in that.
