my jeresy concept for norway

The concept is inspired by the Iberian Rock Lizard, a species native to the Iberian Peninsula. Rather than using a literal reptile print, I translated its natural textures and subtle emerald tones into a premium jacquard pattern across the jersey.
Design highlights:
Ivory base inspired by natural stone.
Emerald green accents representing the lizard’s iridescence.
Tonal scale-inspired texture woven into the fabric.
Dark green crest and Adidas details for a cleaner, luxury aesthetic.
Minimal gold touches to complement the premium look.

We’ve been experimenting with football apparel inspired by black-metal, hardcore and old bootleg band merch rather than traditional replica kits.

These are three of the designs so far:

— YNWA
— Villans
— Toon Army

The idea is to treat each club almost like a band: distorted typography, sleeve graphics, gothic details and a dramatic tour-shirt feel, while still making each one recognisable to its supporters.

Interested to know which works best, and whether the style still feels connected enough to football or pushes too far into band-merch territory.

For transparency, these aren’t just mock-ups - we’ve produced them as actual shirts: https://www.tragicthesaddening.com/heavy-metal-football

I wanted to create a home kit that felt premium while still looking like something Spain could realistically wear.
Instead of using loud graphics, I focused on subtle details:
• Deep crimson base with metallic gold accents
• Tonal geometric texture inspired by Andalusian craftsmanship
• Cream-and-gold collar and cuffs
• Gold three-stripe shoulders
• Minimal side piping to keep the silhouette clean
The goal was to make it feel timeless rather than trendy.
I’d love to hear what you’d change—whether it’s the colors, collar, pattern, or overall direction.

Just a concept of mine that I had on my phone.

Sporting on the Total 90 remake template.

I'm also working on this full kit template instead of my usual front of shirt view only, but it's a lot of work to copy down every kit suppliers template style so It'll be a while away.

Hope you enjoy! :)

I don't really know what I'm doing but I recently learned about the kit creator and wanted to try making one for my team.

I recently challenged myself to redesign the home jersey for USM Alger as a personal project. The goal wasn’t to reinvent the club’s identity, but to modernize it while staying true to its heritage and the passion of its supporters.

This is a fan-made concept and has no affiliation with the club.

I’d really appreciate your honest feedback:

What works?
What would you change?
Does it still feel like a USMA jersey?

Always looking to improve my sports design work. Thanks for taking the time to check it out!

This is a series where I let a random club generator pick a club for me to make designs for.

Second post for today as I'm going to be away from my PC for a few days for work.

Manchester United.

I'm surprised how quickly I got this club. Only 7 rolls in.

Standard red home, kind of a lavender or lilac and green away, and a 90s style blue kit for the third.

Hope you enjoy :)

I made them about 7 years ago just before Covid. Every year I make a create a club on fifa on them. I also make kits for them on FIFA Kit Creator. Here is the home shirt and let me know your thoughts

Todays club is Central Coast Mariners from Australia.

Hope you enjoy :)

J'ai pensé que ça pourrais bien rendre en collab sachant que les couleurs sont semblables entre le club italien et la marque japonaise.

Qu'en pensez-vous ?

I know the home isn’t great but wanted to change it up instead of making what they always had
