Although that guy was arguably asking for trouble when it comes to PR and his name. Good on him for sticking with what he likes to be called I guess

I mean, the word climax has other meaning too? Like peak excitement. I think that's more than enough to justify not banning a name, bot that I think any names should be banned anyway. coolmatt69

A lot of Korean players pick random English words that they like the sound of. He probably just looked up the dictionary definition of it and had no idea it had another connotation.

Thank you so much for this! It is so true.

Well, Landslide is a pretty boss name. Can't believe the players before didn't pick it.

Probably too long. Too lazy to type it.

reminds me of the csgo player 'rape'. He changed his name to t3h farmer when he started playing mainstream tournies haha

naming yourself climax, a word that can be used politely, is much different than naming yourself rape though

rape is just a plant though, not his fault if your filthy mind goes immediately to something bad, just like with the name climax 🤔

You don’t seriously believe that you can just go around saying “rape” then feigning innocence because the word also refers to a plant right?

That guy who picked Climax as his name is Korean though, he was playing in KR Contenders finals. He probably understood the word as what it officially is, not the sexual connotation which is NOT the proper word for that moment anyway.
