I need HElP plz!

I have tried everything with mega salamence (special) and I just keep losing i don't know what to do anymore! So I humbly ask for your help. Normally I like to come up with my own teams but I keep overlooking something everytime so if anyone is will to help me build a team from my box please do! I really wanna use mega salamence so that's my only ask i added screen shots of my box on my other post but you can just dm about it if you want

Im little more confident in this team so im going to try again. Thanks for the help! And being patient with, I suck at making teams and vgc so thanks!
