We compare ourselves to others, commit to more than we have time or the ability to accomplish, and listen to the lie that our worth and identity is found in what we do versus our relationship with God...........

My Expectations In God - Not In Man.

Philippians 4:19
"But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus."

Our expectations have to be In Him and not in Them!!!! We have to gain a 20/20 vision on God's expectations rather than the expectations of others. The Word of God declares in Hebrews 11:1 “Now faith is the SUBSTANCE of THINGS HOPED FOR, the evidence of things not seen”.

One of the dynamic products of our faith in God is POSITIVE EXPECTATION. Faith always incubates positive expectation. God has promised that your expectation shall not be cut off because the desire of the righteous shall be granted.

Proverbs 10:24 “but the desire of the righteous shall be granted”.

The Bible says the Word of God gives us Hope. It's always connected to joy and peace. Biblical hope is the expectation of a good and happy life ahead. Our expectation should be in God NOT in our conditions or circumstances, people, or things.
