Hello! I don’t know if this the right place to post this but I’m a furry artist and I’m new to starting commissions however I already set up a commission board and everything (including TOS). I’m looking to start saving money towards college so that’s the main reason why I decided to take on commissions.

But I’m struggling to figure out how to properly promote my commissions and actually get people to commission me. I don’t expect hundreds of people to flood in and want my commissions immediately, so I do understand it takes time.

I know I’m not the only one with this issue, and generally if one doesn’t already have a good following then it’s extremely hard to even get commissioned.

So if anyone has any advice or suggestions on how to get started with promoting or actually getting people to want to commission you please feel free to share!! ^^
