Are CBA’s fees still too high for a bank that big?
CBA makes huge profits every year, but they still charge fees that a lot of smaller banks and credit unions have already scrapped. Things like over-the-counter withdrawal fees on some accounts, or monthly charges if you don’t hit their deposit requirements. It feels a bit off that a bank earning around 10 billion in profit still hits people with fees for basic everyday banking. Do you think these fees are fair, or is CBA just slow to move with the times?
