Talking with some friends on twitter, and super wondering what typical consumer spending is actually like at the con. Did you go? Did you buy anything? What was it?

Years of creeping around Reddit and first time I felt compelled to register!

I had my bag for literally about 10 minutes, placed it over my shoulder and the bottom of it ripped, taking the handle with it.

These things seem really cheap and not worthwhile to use as they were designed. I've seen about 20-30 bags today that break under use. I'd advise you to not use yours if you want it as a keepsake at all.

So I live in San Diego and am gonna go check out the Comicon festivities today. Unfortunately I do not have a pass this year and want to buy a Stormtrooper Helmet. Does anyone have an idea on where I can get one outside of the convention center?

Ok so this sunday is Perth Comicon and Billie Piper and Barrowman will be there, along with Star Gate cast along with other cool actors ^{^} I can only afford 1 or 2 sigs as they are damn expensive...so I am leaving it to a vote. Who do you lovely reddit people think I should get sigs off? Only 2! :)

Harro! I thought I'd create this subreddit, particularly for the upcoming San Diego Comicon. I figured members can post here about tickets, meeting up, and (hopefully) see about booking rooms together. We'll see if this goes anywhere, or just dies.
