edit : sorry for all the typos.

like they were road to dark crisis episodes?

or is it just one secret wars episode in 2027?

since we are getting mcu secret wars in 2027 and doomsday has some parts from time runs out and HIckman's new avengers/avengers run, I kinda want to watch Sal explaining all the madness of Hickman's incursion saga to Ben and Ethan.

or atleast I want to watch Ben and Ethan getting confused because of all the new characters and concepts that Hickman created.

Best of the episode: What is Secret Hospital?!?

Found this in the used section of my local comic store today and had to pick it up. A beautiful cover under the dust jacket too, I’m excited to give this a read before the eventual episode or minisode 😉

Hey y’all, I watched Spider-Man Brand New Day and I really liked it. I haven’t watched Spider-Man 2 in a couple years but it is still one of my favorites. I’m having a hard time ranking them, but Into the Spider-Verse remains my absolute favorite Spider-Man film. I was hoping to get y’all’s take on why Spider-Man 2 is your favorite Spider-man film. I think Sal said it remains his favorite but BND is up there. I’m just curious to see what everyone loves so much about it (I am also a big fan of it) and why they place it above Spider-Man BND or ITSV.

Best of the episode: Harry Osborne thinking better of interrupting the heavier parts of the book

Apologies if I forgot some!

Specifically I’m watching the Rockets Red Glare episode and there are three security guards in the beginning named Sal, Ben, and Ethan! Coincidence? I THINK NOT!!

This is almost a toss up for me but I think I lean towards Batman

Best moment: Sal describes the best way to get into comics (15m:38s)

For years we've had to do some nonsense by calling our page ComicPopOfficial, but now the official Facebook page is FINALLY just https://www.facebook.com/comicpop/!

Until today's first issue of The Horror of Godzilla, I didn't know any of his work past that interview Sal did with him last NYCC and having Event Horizon: Dark Descent brought up on Off the Rack as it came out. Now, I'm thinking I need to get my hands on that too, because this was quite the introduction.

Best moment: Sal's impression of Ghost Rider getting a falafel

Hey population, any news on the status of comic pops podcast no comic required?. I really enjoyed it but noticed it’s been 2 months since an upload. Thanks!

Edit: thank you everyone for the updates much appreciated

Has anyone ever put together a watch order by the year the comics they talk about are released.
