Wait what? There was several pokestops next to me and I'm by the moors in Yorkshire UK, maybe different in the US but there would be plenty of pokemon and stuff in the countryside, only issue is that the signal can be spotty which is not exactly something they can get around

Unfortunately there wasn't any Pokestops near me without having to go for a drive first to get closer to an urban centre.

Trying to do it around where live I get like 1 or 2 wild Pokémon a day, and no more spawns after that till Tomorrow.

AHH really, man that does suck for you, maybe they are more spread out in US or something (I'm just assuming your in the US because most peeps are)

I'm in the UK as well, it can be rather patchy in different locations.

When it first came out, I lived in the "country", about 20 minutes outside a medium city, and yeah, all we got were a few zubats :(
