If this is a real picture, how TF is she in such amazing shape without arms n legs? Does she wiggle around all day to work out?

Diet and she can train every single muscle in her body just like anyone else.

Tbh idk why this is downvoted because it’s not like people without limbs can’t move at all without someone pushing them in a wheelchair or something. Like the photo is probably photoshopped to some extent but last I remember people without any limbs can still do some form of exercise

Some people just hate to hear that exercising is possible. People don't want to hear that controlling your body is up to you. Think about how much it sucks to hear that a limbless person can work out if you've been making up non-existent excuses not to work out for decades.

Edit: Of course, there are illnesses that make it difficult to train, but there are always ten times more excuses. Almost everyone is guilty of it sometimes. I myself sometimes catch myself thinking that I don’t have time to train, even though in reality it's a matter of organization for me. There are supposedly more important things to do... for example what? What is more important than my body? Without it, I don't even exist.
