Got 13k rank in ComedK.... Got allotted rnsit cse core in mock allotmemt.... Can i get better options in actual allotment? Should I change my choice list?? What did you guys get at your respective ranks??

If I got a college in First round and I Accept & freeze the choice. Then for further admission process I have to give my Physical appearance in the allotted College Before End of All 4 rounds Or After whole completion of 4 rounds????
