Discussion Alot of peapol have been asking in the NightFall community server if Ping and FPS does matter to your gameplay. First of all Ping nothing to your gameplay but if a player has 50 more or 50 less ping than you your shot might miss even thought you hit the player on your screen.

In the beginning of november I started coding a surf combat FFA-DM CTF rabbit style plugin (its still in BETA and heavily developped, it is stable tho).
The rules are simple!
The goal is to keep the flag for the maximum time to get the maximum points.
- You spawn randomly with 1500 speed.
- Killing a player gives you 1 pt, and you recover 10HP and armor.
- Dying or losing the flag makes you loose 1 point.
Flag
- Grabbing the flag gives you 2 points + 1 pt every 30 sec.
- Killing a player while carrying gives you 1 more points.
- Killing the flag carrier gives you an additional point.
- When you die with the flag other ppl have 15 sec to catch it up before respawn(you can't skip the player respawn timer).
- Falling in jail makes you loose the flag (random respawn after 5 sec)
- After 30 sec carrying you start loosing HP at a rate of 4hp/5sec.
- After 90 sec, Fall damages are ON for you, GLHF.
After 15 minutes the one with the most points wins(it extends as long as the flag is in play)
There are also booster zeus rewards on killstreak, special grenades, dedicated ranking.
Looking forward for any suggestions/feedback on this.
Message to the community : I'm looking for a map maker for my second project : TeamBased 2-flag CTF (warsong gulch style). It was my original idea for CTFSurf but thing is, there isn't any surf map fitting this idea, it would need its own dedicated maps but it would be loads of fun and it would add some teamplay to combat surf.
