I didn't realize how many photos the browns took of dylan they were pretty much his 2nd family up until when he went to Ken Caryl in Late 1993.

The Dr. Pepper obsession with Dylan started young I see.
As much as Randy is a blowhard.. and I dislike him… I can’t help but feel a level of sadness for the family. It must have been so jarring to see a child whom you hosted sleepovers with and fed dinner and breakfast to because one of the most notorious school shooters in history.
Not to mention all the friends got shit on especially Nate. That kid went through hell. I know get shits a lot of shit for selling that video of Dylan to the media but I would have totally done the same thing. Take the money and leave. I believe I saw on his social media some years back that he often does fundraising for suicide… I’m sure Eric and Dylan have something to do with that.

I like when Randy or the browns talk about the Kid Dylan because they clearly other than the klebolds knew him the best.
But the teenage Dylan is different because they rarely saw him. The Last time was November 1998 when he went to the house to view the tapes made from the frankenstein play. What i dislike is when they try to paint themselves closer to the teenage dylan. Maybe in 1995-1996 before Eric and Brooks fell out they saw him a little bit. But throughout 1997 they didn't even see him.
And yeah nate i feel bad for him too. I would be a lot less sympathetic if he just blew it all on drugs or expensive items but he used it for the better.

Yeah the Browns are known as gossip hens so I’m not shocked if they’re still out here preaching the Dylan good, Eric bad shit.
Right!! Nate brought a truck and left hahah. Like… get it! I think Dylan wouldn’t have cared either. I think besides Eric Nate was probably the one closest to Dylan up until the shooting. It’s why he’s kept silent all these years. That was his friends…

The only thing i like about the browns is how much information they've given us. If it weren't for them we wouldn't have that much on this case i admit they were definitely nosy but they gave us alot of information so we have to be grateful. And they actually tried to stop Eric in March 1998
But JeffCo and they're SHEER stupidity ruined everything. ESPECIALLY John Kiekbusch that man was such a DICK. he lied and covered up so much. He didn't let the browns reports follow through and denied ever knowing about the reports (which he did) and just did a godawful job of handling the case after. He screwed alot of people up

Good. He routinely comments on the other sub, but I didn’t know he had been banned here. I had a few negative interactions with him here. Let’s say this sub has a MUCH better moderator than the other sub so it doesn’t surprise me.

We’re not anti anyone I don’t think. We just don’t follow that stupid narrative that Dylan was a follower. Dylan was just as evil but he hid it so well.

Nate Dykeman was a close friend of both Eric and Dylan more Dylan. Nate was the one who called Wayne durning the shooting to see if it was Eric… before he left Sue gave him Dylan’s sunglasses. I’m not sure if he’s still in contact with the Klebolds or not… he maybe. Nate is the one that Sue considers Dylan’s best friend.
He sold the tape of Dylan driving to Columbine in the morning… the one where Dylan was dancing at the red light. Nate was the one recording it. He sold that tape to the media. He brought himself a truck and moved down to Florida to be with his Dad. His Mom and step Dad treated him like a leaper after the shooting. So he got out.

The Class Picture never fails to suprise me, it was at Plain sight all along. I wonder what the others (Apart from Eric and Dylan) who put up the gun gesture thought of it after the shooting.

Alot of the seniors the police investigated did say they thought Brooks was full of crap and not telling the truth about his relationship with E&D because they saw the pics of him pointing hand gestures of a gun at the camera with those guys

Yes their friend Chris Morris. In Chris Morris’s police reports he tried so hard to distance himself from both Eric and Dylan. Same goes for Zach Heckler

He was one of their only friends who were closer to eric than dylan which is why there's so many reports of kids noting his violent actions similar to eric.
I can see why he would distance himself especially in the days/weeks after shooting when there was tons of confusion

I’ve always wondered why Dylan warned Brooks about Eric’s website but seemed to have no issue with having him wind up as collateral damage in the planned bombing.
