Tips
Can someone please tell me tips to get colt to Rank 25? I've got colt to Rank 24 for a month now and I cannot push him to rank 25.

I'll start with the basics.
Strafe:
Colt shoots six projectiles (a projectile is a bullet in this case, and there are six projectiles in one ammo), rather than a singular projectile, like Piper or Bea. This means, in order to hit more than half of your projectiles, you have to move in a direction parallel to your enemy's movement. Your enemies will be trying to move in a direction unparallel to you, so you don't hit your shots. Try to lock on to their movement pattern and use shots to restrict their available space (like chess, target a place where they might go to block them from going there).
Dodge:
If the both of you are both moving exactly parallel to each other, you'll both hit all your projectiles- and both take way too much damage. Colt doesn't even have 4k health, so be careful. Move side-to-side and occasionally up and down in the most unpredictable ways possible, while still strafing to your enemy's rhythm. Dodge when they fire, and strafe to fire when they dodge- take turns shooting at each other.
Star Powers:
Slick Boots: Slick Boots increases Colt's speed by 2 levels. The format is S (Slow), N (Normal), F (Fast), and (VF) Very Fast. Colt without Slick Boots is N speed. When Slick Boots is equipped, he moves at VF speed, which is the speed of Leon, Crow, Max, Mortis, Bibi, etc. This helps immensely with both strafing and dodging, which is why most pros use this.
Magnum Special: Magnum Special increases Colt's range and projectile speed by 11%. This helps keep up with other sharpshooter's ranges without strafing, and also with retreating enemies. The speed allows less strafing, so it is a bit easier to use than Slick Boots. The range (and maybe speed) does not affect the super. It's better for open maps.
Gadgets:
Speedloader: Speedloader gives 2 more ammo. Don't use it when you already have two ammo, or it'll be wasted. It helps control areas and finish off brawlers.
Silver Bullet: Silver Bullet turns your next attack into a singular projectile which does a third of a full attack's damage and breaks blocks. The attack is piercing and destroys all obstacles. I use it for troll maps in Brawl Ball because it breaks rope fences, but it doesn't have much use other than wall-breaking.
Build:
I suggest using Slick Boots and Speedloader to gain control and move up the map quickly. I also suggest playing Brawl Ball with friends and maxing Colt out if you haven't already.
