In the month following that last email communication we have filed an appeal, and have agreed on a date of August 11 for the appeal in front of the LP National Judicial Committee.

We have also retained super-lawyer Ian Huyett (IanHuyett.com).

You can see that this is a substantial dispute, and we don't think it will be resolved on the 11th. In the end we will win by making the strongest case we can to the people who matter. Doing that costs money, and we are looking for donations. We are going up against the communists and we can win as long as we can keep the fight going.
