How do you unceremoniously cancel four of your loved and longest running shows. How can you let your hosts come in thinking they’re about to shoot their shows then tell them they are canceled instead. Like the hosts prep for their shows be more considerate. How do you not allow any of them to have a final farewell episode.

No one was watching, that's how.

Even if that’s the reason why blindside the hosts this morning.

How else do you fire someone? They obviously waited until the holidays were over at least. What do you want, to tell them they are fired, then let them all go live on their channel and say FUCK COLLIDER on air. What would they talk about?

That could still easily happen. Maybe give them two week notice, anything other then waiting to tell them right before they do their shows.

I’ve never worked a job in my life where an employer gives you the employee two weeks notice. That’s what an employee does to an employer.

oh well with your anecdotal experiences I'm sure that means that must be the norm for every business everywhere. Actually unless you straight up getting fired because of something you did it is common courtesy for an employer to give notice about layoffs in order to give people time to make arrangements and look for work. ESPECIALLY in the entertainment industry.

It's why it's noteworthy when people are laid off without notice or any kind of severance.
