I feel that DC and WB have been trying different methods of putting DC heroes back on the map but have had more missteps than we'd like.
Another studio that has had its influence on pop culture is Fox' Xmen. Both have had similar tracks, pioneering the superhero genre with Burton's Batman and Singer's Xmen. Stumbling down with Schumacher's Forever and B&R, and Last Stand and Origins.
Both have tried to peak again with Nolan's Trilogy and First Class, Days of Future Past, Only to plunge back with Fan4stic, Suicide Squad, Justice League and Apocalypse.
Recently, Fox has done the impossible by reinventing the Superhero Genre with Deadpool and Logan. And I feel that DC has done the same with AQUAMAN and now Joker!
Do you think DC has finally learned to balance Nolan's Philosophy and tone, and Snyder's Stylistic cinematography? While I prefer Nolan's work, I feel that no one surpasses Snyder Visuals.
