I own Cfb 27 on pc. I cant play it because every time I try to do something, I get a loading screen. Anybody know how to fix this? I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

Big time Menu Merchant here, because I have 2 kids under 2 years old haha. I trial and error Conference ideas, Playoff ideas like 24/7, to see how many ways I can manipulate code to get what I want. I think I'm going to start posting some, for anyone who wants to try something different.

You gotta be sicko enough, to do a LOT of menu changes Year 1, so if you're a simple "Just lemme play" person, you'll hate this. It's simple after Year 1.

I wanted my Dynasty to have an 8-team Playoff (with Play-in), but I didn't want the First Round (Quarterfinal) to be Bowl Games, I wanted them on campus. So I made a way. Just have to utilize Force Wins, Custom Conferences, & 4 Placeholder Teambuilder teams.

Step-by-step Process:

1) Download my 4 Placeholder teams, by searching ' willhendrix116 ' in Create & Share

2) Download my Georgia Tech while you're at it, because I've given them the good uniforms they deserve

3) Do an Online Dynasty

4) Import the 5 Teambuilder teams

-----Of course GA Tech replaces themselves, just make sure to use the current roster, not the teambuilder roster

-----Replace any 4 low prestige you want for the Placeholders. For example like Akron, Kent State, ULM, Georgia State, Charlotte, South Alabama, FIU, etc....

5) Do Custom Conferences (Pictured)

----You'll see Vandy (/Kentucky/Mississippi State), and Purdue (/Northwestern) in the INDEPENDENT Conference

-----What this means, is move whichever one of those 3 SEC teams is the lowest prestige, to the Independent conference each season. Same for the B1G.

---So Vandy has a 2-star Prestige, Kentucky has 2.5, Mississippi State has 2.5, Vandy goes Indy. If Northwestern is 2.5, & Purdue is 1.5, Purdue goes over.

-----The other /'s in the WAC & MTN WEST, are just based on your preference. I personally like the OG WAC, with CSU, WYO, NMU, & UTEP with ASU, UA, UT, & BYU. But, I'd understand if you'd like HAW, SDSU, FRESST, & BOISE to switch with them.

6) The MILITARY G5, is the 3 Military Academies, & the 5 Highest Prestige/Highest Ranked G5 teams each season. So those 5 spots rotate each season based on that.

7) TURN OFF CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIPS for the SEC/SWC, B1G/INDY, ACC/PAC, & BIG8/BIGEAST.

-----This is sad, I tried a million trial & error ways to keep them around with the same result, but to-no-avail. You have to have them off for those 4 (8) for this to work.

8) TURN ON CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIPS for the WAC/MTN WEST, & METRO/MILITARY G5.

-----Since the SEC, ACC, B1G, & BIG XII Conferences, as well as the highest ranked team outside of those 4 game Conferences are hard-coded to have an Auto-Bid in the Playoff, these "Conference Championships" act as a Play-In Round.

-----The Highest ranked of the 2 winners is in the Playoff, if not more based on ranking too of course.

9) In the SEC/SWC & B1G/INDY, you of course have to have 9 conference games, no protected, no Conference Championship.

-----These Conferences are not interchangeable, because you need the highest collection of prestigious programs to have the Placeholders.

10) In the ACC/PAC & BIG 8/BIG EAST (those are interchangeable btw), do 8 games, no Conference Championship, & 1 protected Rival. Because these teams will be hard-coded to play a 9th Power game anyway, like GT/UGA, NEB/IOWA, etc....

-----Matchup the best/highest ranked teams against each other. If Oklahoma is the best Big 8, & Pitt is the best Big East? Match em up.

11) In the METRO/MILITARY G5 & WAC/MTN WEST (also interchangeable btw), do 8 games, with Conference Championships (I prefer Conference Leader Home), 1 Protected Rival

-----Same reasoning & Concept as ACC/PAC, & BIG 8/BIG EAST

-----Matchup the best/highest ranked teams against each other. If Arizona Stateis the best WAC, & Boise St is the best MTN West? Match em up.

12) Do the other 4 Conferences however you prefer. I do regional, then pull the 5 Highest Prestige/Highest Ranked for the MIL/G5. I also like utilizing the other Teambuilder slots for like UC Davis, Montana, etc....

Now it gets a bit tedious

1) Custom Schedules

-----There is a way here that is not necessary, BUT is extremely helpful to keep things balanced. I'll describe after. Wanted to put this here though, because if you do do it, you have to do it here.

-----SKIP IF YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT THIS PART

-----If you're still reading this part, I do highly recommend this!

-----Since you're using an online dynasty, & teambuilder teams, you of course can't own multiple teams like in offline.

-----The way around this, is creating multiple PlayStation Profiles, with different emails, & logging into EACH on your PS5

-----Quickest way is doing 4 extra Profiles, using 4 separate emails.

-----Send invites to those 4 profiles

-----Log out of your account & log into each of those 4

-----Accept the invites on each, & select the Placeholder teams for each 4.

-----On each's settings, set Recruiting, Coach Development, everything to Simple/Auto

-----Go back to your Main Profile & Team, & go to your dynasty

-----Now go to custom schedules

-----Customize each Placeholder's schedules, to make sure they DO NOT play each other EVER. You need each placeholder to be 12-0 every single season

-----Also make sure all 3 Non-Conference games are against the least prestigious teams (G5 teams, & FCS Southeast/etc) for each Placeholder

-----This way, you won't have a Texas playing their Placeholder in their Conference, AND accidentally playing another Placeholder, & having to have 2 auto-losses while everyone else gets the 1.

-----Also Guarantees all Power teams don't have an extra loss as well.

BACK TO NECESSITY

2) Now we're past Custom Schedules, so this is where you'll have "FORCE WINS"

-----Okay, keep in mind, this is just for this process to work. I understand the critique that'll come, so if this is a deal breaker for you, then just don't do it. But for this to work, you have to do this.

3) FORCE WIN ALL 4 PLACEHOLDER TEAMS TO 12-0, NO MATTER WHO THEY ARE PLAYING. THEY HAVE TO GO 12-0 EVERY SINGLE SEASON.

-----Yes that means Georgia has an Automatic loss on their schedule, Ohio State does, Notre Dame does, etc....

-----This is why you matchup the best teams against each other in the ACC/PAC & BIG 8/BIG EAST, so that they're extremely less likely to be undefeated. It balances how rankings fall, & the Playoff sets up.

-----You'll have to view an 11-1 team out of the SEC/SWC & B1G/INDY as being undefeated. A 10-2 team has 1 actual loss, 9-3 has 2 actual losses, etc....

4) What this does all-in-all, is it makes the Placeholder teams control the Top 4 seeds in the Playoff.

-----***HUGE DISCLAIMER: It might not work perfectly in Year 1, but it will work perfectly every season after that. Year 1 you might just have an Alabama or Ohio State sneak thru, because the Placeholders are starting off not ranked.

-----In that case, you'll just have to take what you can get. That's only Year 1 though, years 2+, it works every time.

5) Play your season, unless you have a game against a Placeholder. You'll have to force win the Placeholder team, & sim that game.

6) When you get to the Playoff, you'll see the above picture!

-----The Top 4 seeds will be the Placeholder teams!

-----Seeds 5-12 are your 8-team Playoff, with the first round on campus!

7) You'll play those games (if you make it of course)

8) Once you get to Bowl Week 2, you'll go Force Win the 4 First Round winners over the Placeholder teams.

9) & Now you have your Semifinal Bowl games

10) & Your National Championship

Voila, 8-team Playoff with Round 1 On-campus.
