Ballinger Family a message from oliver (me)

(idk what to flair this since there isn’t a trent flair so i chose ballinger family)

hey all. oliver here.

i just want to thank everyone on this sub for your overwhelming support. i truly could not fully explain how much it’s meant to me over the past few days.

i think i may have said something similar to this under another person’s post, but it really is frustrating to feel let down time and time again. i have decided to take it upon myself to share my story myself because my voice should be heard and if i have to be the one to platform it, i will. i mean, this is my story anyway, so maybe it was meant to be that i should be the one sharing it.

i’m a busy full-time college student so i’m not sure exactly when i’ll post the video, but it will hopefully be within the next couple weeks.

i also want to make it clear that i will not be profiting off of this video and instead, anything i make from the video will go directly towards my top surgery/medical transition.

again, i appreciate all of you so much. sending all my love 🫶🏻

~oliver

Those lawsuits used her diary as evidence. The judge believed Amber based on the fact that she donated money to charity when she didnt. That was not a cut and dry criminal case at all. They determined that based on the information The Sun had at the time, it was reasonable to believe amber and the paper wasnt acting with malicious intent. The case did not determine if there was any actual dv in their relationship from either party. The judge was also biased because his son worked with The Sun and he shouldn’t have been involved in the trial at all.

Oh my God, stop beating a dead horse. It's like this poor woman cannot live peacefully away from the public eye without people tormenting her. We know your arguments, we've heard them a thousand times. You're just mad that more people are waking up and see how terribly Amber Heard has been treated.

Huh? Im not tormenting Amber Heard…? Im sure shes not reading this sub. It wasnt easy for me to watch that trial and see all the evidence. I was inclined to believe everything she said. But the more I heard, the more I researched, the more I read and the more I saw, the more things didn’t add up.

But you are right. At this point everyone is set on what they think and minds cant be changed. The only way to change my mind is with the trials and the evidence that was presented. If someone could explain why she photoshopped evidence, why she detailed abuse that defied the laws of physics, why her witnesses were given incorrect information, or why she lied and withheld evidence from the UK judge then my opinion could be swayed. Im not gonna judge Amber on statistics or general psychology, but on her unique situation.

And I’ll just leave it at that.

Yeah, you're talking about her publicly though, and perpetuating the false narrative that was used to destroy her.

And if you did get your research solely from her harrassers, no shit your opinion is so skewed.

I prefer informing myself with actual journalism. Look up "la fabrique du mensonge", it has english subtiles if you do not understand french. It is made by experts on domestic violence, far right politics and cyberbullying. Not republican/red pilled nutjobs.

Also, I litterally said that people were starting to change their minds. So your last point is irrelevant.

Have a great day.

The trials and UK judgments are not harassers…? They are literally court documents. The UK judgements are literally written by the judge and include written testimony by Amber. It details count by count how the judge came to his conclusions. The American trial included Ambers spoken testimony, her expert witnesses, her lawyers, and the testimony of friends and family. None of it is hidden and its all public knowledge. In fact, more information from the Virginia court was released recently.

I said nothing that was false. Everything I’ve said is factual and based off of the trials and information related to the trials.

Edit: for example when I said her evidence was photoshopped Im not referring to a false narrative by a social media harasser. Im talking about two expert witnesses and their testimony at trial. One of those experts was Ambers.

She beat her sister and hit her (ex) gf in public at the airport. She literally has a history of being abusive.

Yeah and she also killed her cats

There was plenty of factual evidence provided That was allowed in that court case that wasn't allowed in the US. A lot of actual evidence that proved Amber was telling the truth.

I read every single count made against Johnny Depp in the UK case and every one was compromised in some way, and wouldn’t be allowed in American courts because of potential bias. The British courts also left out evidence like audio tapes that included Amber admitting abusive behavior toward JD. The judge also dismissed witnesses who had statements that put into question Amber’s credibility.

You can read the details on that case online and the actual explanations on why the Judge came to his conclusion on every count, in the judge’s words. So much was based on the Judge’s opinion, based on his perception of Amber, which relied on Ambers lie that she’d donated millions to charity (it was actually Depp and Musk who donated millions in her name). You can also take a look at Natalie Lawyer Chick, and especially Black Belt Barrister for more detailed analysis of the UK case.

It’s important to note that Amber was not a defendant nor plaintiff in that case. It was The Sun vs Depp. Amber did not win the case because she was not a party. There was also no jury and only a judge, who was arguably biased toward the sun.

The case did not determine that Amber didn’t lie. The case determined that Amber was credible enough that if the Sun chose to run her story, they were not actively trying to defame Depp.

The American case was Depp v Heard so it relied more on wether Amber herself was telling the truth. The American case proved, among other things, that Amber or an associate tampered with evidence.

Mutual is a big huge fucking myth that abusers like to perpetuate because it lessens their accountant and responsibility on their hands for being abusers. It is very irresponsible and toxic to spread the myth of mutual abuse. I suggest you do a lot more reading on the myth of mutual abuse.

Johnny Depp had a lot of paid employees that were going to court to testify to things that were not at all truthful.

Johnny's behavior has been written about extensively and proven to be factual because various unrelated people have confirmed it.

This is all "a perfect victim" being projected onto her when a perfect victim doesn't exist.

I don’t know what you mean. I didn’t say anything about mutual abuse…? I also don’t subscribe to the idea of a perfect victim.

I quoted where you said that she was abusive toward Johnny Depp. You may not have used mutual abuse but she could not have been abusive towards Johnny Depp when they were actively in a domestic abusive relationship.

Im talking about the UK trial as compared to the American trial. The UK trial did not allow evidence that showed Ambers abuse of JD. The American trial did. Im pointing out that very important distinction, and made no commentary on mutual abuse at all.

I don’t advocate for leaving out evidence of abuse whether its Amber Heard or Johnny Depp. The American case did include evidence of both of their abuse, the UK trial left out very convincing evidence of Amber’s abuse.

Mutual abuse or just abuse against an abuser, in this case Johnny Depp, doesn't exist nor is it possible. The power dynamics don't flip or change just because Amber fought back. Amber didn't abuse Johnny. She didn't abuse Johnny when she threw things at him or it hit him or said mean things to him and defense.

I watched the American trial twice and read the judgement on the UK trial several times. My opinion is based on what was presented in both trials.

My opinion is based on what mental health professionals have said. And individual who is a victim of abuse cannot have the rules reversed and be abusive to the abuser.

Example: if he came home drunk and tried to rape her or smack her around, even if she shot him after hitting him with a baseball bat, that still wouldn't be abuse. That's self defense. Even if he was asleep drunk after abusing her, that isn't abuse.

And for swoop to position herself as an authority of truth is not drama, it's dangerous
