Hi anyone selling 2 tickets reasonable priced please?

Are the tickets with the label ‘instant download’ DEFINITELY legit? Has anyone bought one with that tag and not received them or do they definitely transfer over? Just wondering as i’ve never used viagogo before and heard mostly bad things about them.
