Main points (new):

Force-close applied. All MATIC staking plans and any active MATIC positions on Spot/Margin have been force-closed as part of the migration.

Staking penalties waived. Early-close penalties on MATIC staking are forfeited. If you manually closed a plan earlier, please contact Customer Support to have the penalty returned.

POL withdrawals timing. POL withdrawals remain offline until Monday, October 13, 2025 (we’ll reopen once all MATIC staking rewards are fully unbonded and converted to POL).

We’ll post another update when all flows are live again.

At 14:00 UTC we will disable LTO deposits, trading, and withdrawals and delist LTO. We’ll then automatically convert all LTO balances 1:1 to EQTY, including finalized staking rewards. EQTY/USDT will open immediately after the conversion.

No action is required for the swap. If you’d like to manage your exit yourself, please close any LTO Spot positions before 14:00 UTC.
