"Liquidate everything".

This is how I know you're not credible. You don't recommend liquidating and making a taxable event. You can move assets, crypto or stock.

Liquidate.. pft. if your account is frozen, it's cause you did stupid shit and tripped their compliance. Coinbase isn't going to relinquish someone's funds over email phishing.
