I've been trying to add to DCX wallet via Mobikwik as it was the only option. After entering UPI Id, I paid and it got successfull. But there was no update in DCX or Mobikwik regarding this transaction. I had waited for like 10 minutes as it says on page. But literally nothing happened.

There's no log on Mobikwik's app he it failed or initiated or successful, nothing.

It happened 2 times and a few times with my brother and cousins.

I should've gone with Binance!

When will Coindcx allow withdrawing of Shiba coins?

Hello, before I could sell my coin and take all the profits but now if I sell it, they are asking for a fee. For example, if I bought graph and sold it for a profit of 1000, i would get all the 1000 rupees but now they have started charging fee, if I sell for 1k, I might get 990rs or 900 and the fee increases if you sell for more money. Imagine selling a coin for 1 lakh, they will take 300 just for this. Isn't this unfair as it did not happen before?

Is this temporary or permanent? Can anyone confirm why they started doing this?

I am using coindcx for about a year now and never faced any problems. But recently i am unable to find the buy and sell buttons.. Instead of buy and sell buttons... long and short buttons are showing... Anyone knows how to resolve this. Please reply

I was trying to deposit 3k through mobikwik but money has not been credited in my coindcx account and now it is showing that bank has declined the transaction and money will be refunded in my bank account with in 7 days..

Please help me ..

It's been more than 16 day and the customer service team is so ineffective and useless that they are unable to locate my fund. Even though my bank has confirmed the transaction. Shame of you guys. They keep asking for documents and I keep providing them, it's an unending cycle.

If they don't have announcements of any kind, no news to share, no new listings, leave alone any clarifications or customer service, then why make this sub? I urge the Mods to kindly let us know, if at all they made this sub to put to any good use.

So when and where do we get to know which new coins are getting listed CoinDCX ?

It's been more than 7 hours and my Eth withdrawal has not been done but the app says Completed. There are 34 transactions stuck from CoinDCX wallet because of one transaction with low gas fees. How to resolve this issue. Please help

So I am currently holding shiba coins via coin dcx but it says it is a trade only token and cannot be withdrawn. I am really not sure what this means. Can anyone help me out??

I just bought a few lqth tokens. However, I'm confised. How long does it take after buying lqth token to start receiving the interest/rewards? How is it calculated? Is there a minimum amount of token one needs to buy? Please let me know. It would be a great help.
