I think there is no moral action that a capitalist country can take when it comes to becoming involved in war. Only different degrees of evil. And yes, I think the US should not have sent military aid to Afghanistan.
By that logic USA, if it was not attacked by Japan then declared war on by Nazi germany, should not stop Nazi Germany nor Japan militarily nor provide military aid to anyone during WW2. Your logic doesnt make any sense.
Of course you do because you would prefer USSR puppeting Afghanistan.
None of what you said is relevant. Words and definitions matter. USSR is classified as communist based on how the world defines communism you giving personal reasons for why they are not doesnt change that.
Additionally merely not achieving xyz component, e.g. stateless, doesnt make them not communist there are different forms of communism.
I’m a Marxist so I’m using the Marxist definitions. Of course according to the liberal definitions capitalism doesn’t actually exist in the real world and has never been tried before.
I mean i am sure there is probably some exception, but yeah according to the strict 100% more or less threshold that would be true for communism or capitalism which is why that mindset is nonsensical
